godsy1969 Posted January 28, 2008 Posted January 28, 2008 NOW SOLD..........Red with cream roof 1999 Mini Cooper Mpi Sportspack. 1 previous owner. Current lady owner (the mrs) from 1700 miles 32,000 miles. Service history with oil changed every 3000 miles. Waxoyled at underneath 2000 miles. Engine: Keith Calver (Minisport) cylinder head with 1:1.3 mini sport roller rockers. Cosworth ported mpi inlet manifold, one off. LCB exhaust manifold, thermo tec wrapped. Sportex exhaust system. K&N air filter. Quickshift gear lever This vehicle is used regularly and has been an extremely reliable and fun car. This will be a sad loss as unfortunately with two growing children it has to go due to its size. The car is being sold as it is. There is some panel rust which I had the intention of getting sorted prior to the sale. After consultation with a local mini specialist we decided that the car is best viewed as it is so potential owners are not conned and see it in original condition The quote for the superficial rust I had was between £350 and £450 and the car is priced accordingly. Areas of rust are the usual under the front headlights and at the bottom of the door skins. As mentioned the car has been waxoyled underneath and the main chassis and all other mini nightmare areas are in excellent condition. Comes with all the sportspack extras including 13” minlight wheels, full black leather interior, walnut dashboard with white dials. Car has 4 months tax and MOT remaining £3200 ono http://s269.photobucket.com/albums/jj45/godsy1969 http://s269.photobucket.com/albums/jj45/godsy1969 http://s269.photobucket.com/albums/jj45/godsy1969
