Dave
As a newbie to the SS looking for recommendations for tyres I’ve got some acb10’s in 13 inch (race compound) and some nearly new R888 (not sure of the compound) and am looking for some wet tyres for me new compomotives. Class “F” 6 x 13 fronts 7 x 13 rears Any recommendations please Dave
scott beeland
Yokohama AO21's if you can still get em Avon CR28 sport if you can still get 'em
Asterix
Look for the Avon wet equivalent of the ACB10's as most others will be pants on the same suspension geometry as you should have specific setting to maximise the ACB10's (my guess is you're unlikely to use the wets at all). Dave
(my guess is you're unlikely to use the wets at all). Are you saying stick with the acb10's? I will have to change back to "0" neg camber on the front, as the car is set for 888 but the rear should be OK ? I will be swopping around for trackdays etc just fancied something that works in the wet as the 888's are entertaining when its raining
Terry Everall
ACB 10 race compound will be too hard You need softest one for hillclimb or sprints
