RICHARD+PHILIP Posted January 18, 2008 Posted January 18, 2008 I found a touneau to be fine for 5 years or so before i gave up and covered my trailer Quote
Sir Greg Posted January 18, 2008 Author Posted January 18, 2008 Greg, one one the class A6 sprint guys, Steven Murray, has a covered trailer that was converted from a standard open one. It's a simple steel framework bolted to the trailer with a waterproof canvas fitted cover. The framework is easy to do and the cover only cost about £200 from a supplier in the North of Scotland somewhere. I've got some photos of it if interested. That sounds like quite a simple idea to be honest. My fabrication skills aint too bad so building a frame could be a possibility. As many have said above...I don't much like the idea of the cover rubbing against the car as it does tend to mark where it touches. A photo or two would be nice if you have time. Cheers... Quote
Sir Greg Posted January 18, 2008 Author Posted January 18, 2008 Here... Here... Here... Etc Yeah, but it's good to talk... Quote
