CARBON MODS STONGUARD PROTECTOR BULKBUY

Hi Folks. Update is that we are all done (thank god) and SEiW detachable arches are going out now. The list is enormous and we have a capacity of 1 pair a day. We will probably duplicate the moulds over the next week to double capacity.  We're contacting group buyers one by one to take payment and arrange delivery as their set is ready.

We're including a spanking set of sill guards with every order (worth £40) for free to say thanks for your patience.

The last 2 people to post about participating in the group buy can join at the original quoted price (it was in shillings wasn't it?) but the group-buy is now CLOSED (the reason for this is that given the original group-buy price of £119 didn't include VAT which we now take the full hit on (having registered earlier in the year) and also our material costs have gone up. At this money we break even on a set. Once we include the sill protectors we don't.

We want to only ever give people a great impression of our company and hope this makes up for it.  We cannot begin to tell you the work that has gone into all the different moulds for the different gaurds, at this standard. I hope you all think it was worth the wait.

Matt & Paul

Well done chaps and I can only say from the one set that I have seen the delay is worth it.

:bangshead:  :bangshead:  :bangshead:  Why didn't I sign my name up earlier! I have been watching this thread with eager anticipation but didn't see the need to put my name down until the product was ready.  :bangshead:  :bangshead:  :bangshead:

That will teach me!  :bangshead:

ANYONE who wants to drop out for any reason (now sold car, don't have cash, etc) PLEASE let me take your space on the list!

I can see why this needs to be closed and think highly of Carbon Mods for their generosity. Product development takes time/money/effort and markets change around you.  :t-up:

Received today and they look great. Has anyone tried fitting the 3M paintguard film over the top of them to prevent them looking speckled bby stones after a few miles?

Mine turned up yesterday and I am very pleased with them. Well worth the wait.  :t-up:

Now.. anyone got any ideas about mounting them? Sikaflex?
