Keith the Teeth Posted November 20, 2007 Posted November 20, 2007 Paul Just a word of warning. Before bolting the belts in do check that the shoulder strap lengths are OK. I had some problems when fitting a Willans 4-point made for a Westfield to my standard body car with a fibreglass shell seat. Even with my fuller proportions the shoulder straps were too long and bottomed out on the buckles and I had to send them back for shortening. I know others that have had similar problems. I cannot remember what seating arrangements you have, and of course with your slender build and the fact that you are fitting 3-point this may or may not apply. Keith Quote

Keith Thanks Keith will check out strap lengths,my present harness has an adjuster at the snap hook end to avoid that problem but will look at the Willans when I pick it up. I also have a fibreglass seat fitted but not too sure about the slender build bit. Quote
