Glen H Posted November 15, 2007 Author Posted November 15, 2007 Gents, As there are a few folks that are not keen on Chinese – I have decided to move the meal to another restaurant with normal grub (English / Italian etc) – trust this is o.k with those already given deposits, I will be looking for meals around the same cost as the Chinese. I will do some phoning around this weekend and intend to make a booking for a table @ 7:30 on 8th December, still somewhere nice in the heart Manchester City centre so you have the option of access to public transport. Some of us are planning on making a full boozy night out of it by meeting at 50pm for a few beers / pubs beforehand and some will also be hitting more boozers after the meal – so all welcome to join us for this or just the meal – whichever suits. So far we have (but hoping for a few more) Karen & Myself, Paul (Hurdsey) and Margaret Andy Lyall (Bananaman) Wayne Shepherd Kirk Karl W Neil B Dan (Darthurs) – TBC Scott Beeland – TBC Scooby - TBC If we have anyone else joining us then it would be helpful if you could confirm to me by Saturday so as I have an idea of numbers to give when booking. Regards Glen Quote
