Exhaust Back box

I am having a new manifold made this weekend.

Can anyone recommend, any back boxes?

I have had a SBD Carbon one, but I sold it, as I did not want to blow it up.

Big flames, pops and bangs are must in my eyes. ???

I bought one from SBD with the sleeve on the inside as my current carb setup pops and bangs all the time.  Im sure there are others on the market that do the same but might be better value though?

Like Where?

Currently looking at a Wunoff.

Raceline do a fantastic stainless steel re-packable box. Sounds glorious but is quiet enough to get onto Goodwood race track on one of their 'quite days' (98dB max) so no pops and bangs I'm afraid, just high performance, stunning looks and impeccable engineering ..... Worth about 8 BHP over the standard exhaust too :)

The following link on my web site will tell all:-

As Westy said, SBD do a lined one, although I think the lining is a stainless steel sleeve. Kind of defeats the purpose of having a carbon silencer really........

Techcraft make some nice stainless silencers, although they aren't my favourite (SBD are.......)

Also worth a look are the aluminium silencers sold by Raceco. Click the link for c******m, on the left hand side of the page.

There was some discusion regarding the SBD can and others here.........

Sorry no offence to anyone, with chrome.

I am going to go for a Hayward & Scott, back box.

TOMORROW!!

They do not do the carbon tubes, but I want poping and banging so this is fine.

They look like SBD's
