Guest Posted October 23, 2007 Posted October 23, 2007 Full Stainless Steel Simpson exhaust system for a Westfield Megabird. Built on the car at Simpson to tuned lengths supplied by Mistral Performance. The manifold is a work of art, with the best welding / workmaship i have ever seen. The exhaust has a 7" silencer which is as long as we could fit on the car. It has a Lambda boss welded into the manifold. This will all fit straight onto any Megabird and is undoubtedly an excellent upgrade. My car made 96dB with this exhaust and an airbox (measured at Simpsons), and was always commented on by other trackday attendees as one of the quietest BEC's around. This was removed from the car when it was sold as the buyer needed the CAT exhaust that it replaced in order to import the car into Greece. This exhaust has no Catalytic converter.
