1st rule of track day is DON'T BLOW IT UP!!.

Catch tank needs to be minimum 1 litre capacity. Breather from head. 1 litre oil bottle does the trick.

Helmet of course and thats about it.

Make sure nothings gonna fall off aswell!!

Enjoy...

2nd rule don't bend it!

I think the 3rd rule is some thing about not letting a girl driver overtake you?

You will have to look on msa web site about this one, or check the local circuit rules. :D

- Do a spanner check before going,

- Check brakes have plenty of meat left

- Take some tools and a tyre pump and gauge

- Take it easy to start with and get to learn the circuit and car

- Do a cooling down lap before coming off

- Take the bonnet off after your session to let the engine bay cool

- Don't put your handbrake on when you come off the track, you might warp the rear disks

- Take plenty to drink if it is hot

- Have something with long sleeves, preferably a jacket to wear when driving

- Keep it on the black stuff

- have fun and  :D  ;)
