Mark Stanton Posted September 10, 2007 Author Posted September 10, 2007 QUOTE but they did over-react somewhat to the fire and emptied three extinguishers into it. You can say that again The Crew Team didn't look too concerned as they walked into re-fueling bay after it had all happened QUOTE It will be back! Good Quote
scott beeland Posted September 10, 2007 Posted September 10, 2007 Might volunteer to be tea boy next year (staying up the 24 hours will be Noooo problem...Had years of practise) if I don't get my job on the Caribbean Carnival Cruise Liner Quote
Mark Stanton Posted September 10, 2007 Author Posted September 10, 2007 Volunteer would be most welcome - everyone is a vital key in ensuring it runs smoothly - tea and coffee are major requirements in any paddock garage How good are your bacon butties cos chef needs another pair of hands Quote
GSi Posted September 11, 2007 Posted September 11, 2007 I've got some TVR pics too - got nearly 1000 to go through (after the ones I've thrown away), but I'll post them eventually. That TVR looked seriously lightweight with it's bonnet off. As for the volunteers in the kitchen department - would have been a very hard and unhealthy weekend without them. The proximity of the burger and ice cream vans were a struggle as it was Quote
GSi Posted September 18, 2007 Posted September 18, 2007 Righto, most of my pics are here now http://www.liasmedia.com/britcar24/index.htm a large handful from daytime qualification to come.. including pics of the Prosport and Sagaris. If the guys who asked about photos want larger versions, send me an email/pm with the image names (either hover over the image, or click and look below the large shot that opens). Rob Quote
