Yep, well done guys,

Congratulations to Nick on another class record and during the Top 12 Run Off

From what I saw today you have to be seriously quick to keep up with these guys, especially to make it into the top 12 run off's -

170+  mph through the speed trap!!!

Rumour around the paddock today was that one of these special British Sprint cars is for sale - at a mere £100K -

Yep - I was there. Smithy claimed 3rd without completing a timed run as his fuel pump cried bah before the runs. Enough points in the bag from previous rounds did it for him and Nick drove a blinder all day. Well done guys.

BTW - one car did 181mph over the finish line and Roy Dawson broke the 8 year old outright course record by over a second!!!!!!!

Thanks guys, a tough day tying to beat a 700BHP Gould, but got there in the end, by getting more points due to taking the 1600 record, which was 42.18 secs and is now 39.89.

During the year Smithy broke the 2 ltr record at:-

Cadwell, Knockhill, Pembrey (sat) and Pembrey (sun)

I broke it at Aintree, Colerene, Kirkistown (N Ireland) and Snetterton.

Thanks for all the help and encouragement from the WSCC lads & lasses throughout the year, it really helps  :D  :D  :D
