There are lots of utilities around that will convert audio formats.  I use TotalAudioConverter which is pretty no nonsense.  Switch, which is freeware, gets good reviews.

If you are converting for use on an iPod, you should be able to just drag the WMAs into your iTunes library and tell it to convert.

Yep thats excatly what I want to do  :D

I tried importing it to iTunes but it wouldnt convert it  ???

If the WMA are protected, you can use tunebite, which plays the tracks back to itself and then re-records them to MP3, so not breaking any security.
