Ginger Posted August 13, 2007 Posted August 13, 2007 Has anyone ever injured a passenger? I took a girl from work out in the Westy last week and she started to complain of neck pain that afternoon. She's come in today saying that she's ripped a muscle in her neck! I admit, we weren't hanging around, but I've never heard of this happening... Quote
Asterix Posted August 13, 2007 Posted August 13, 2007 Am guessing you employed a bracing driving style. Quote
John Loudon - Sponsorship Liaison Posted August 13, 2007 Posted August 13, 2007 She must have been rubber necking at passing cars when you were driving. Quote
Asterix Posted August 13, 2007 Posted August 13, 2007 When did you take her for the ride..."OvertebraeK"? Ooof, that hurts [recedes into shell] Quote
Paul S Posted August 13, 2007 Posted August 13, 2007 Has anyone ever injured a passenger? I had to stop at the bogs at the far end of the Cadwell paddock once after a few laps chasing the factory Megabusa so that my passenger could go for a chunder. Does that count? Quote
Asterix Posted August 13, 2007 Posted August 13, 2007 Did you ensure she signed a "disc lamer"? oooooh, they're getting worse [employs friend to lock shell door from the outside] Quote

Ginger Posted August 13, 2007 Author Posted August 13, 2007 Uh Oh where there's blame, there's a claim!!!! Buy her some flowers quick! I have to say I don't think I can be to 'blame' - there was no more G than any fairground ride... Actually starting to wonder if it's a bit of a put-on Quote
jeff oakley Posted August 13, 2007 Posted August 13, 2007 In all seriouness it is possible. If she was looking sideways when you braked hard, or some such manouver. If it was such an injury then she should see someone but I would guess it is nothing really. Quote
John Loudon - Sponsorship Liaison Posted August 13, 2007 Posted August 13, 2007 Maybe she fancies you and is playing the sympathy card for attention Quote
