Norman Verona Posted August 11, 2007 Posted August 11, 2007 If it's like 2000 you have to create a rule and a document with the text for the return message. a real pain. Quote
Dave Eastwood (Gadgetman) - Club Chairman Posted August 11, 2007 Posted August 11, 2007 IIRC the Out of Office Assistant function that automates the out of office replies is a function of MS Exchange, so only appears in Outlook if you're connected to a corporate or SBS style Exchange server. As Barry and Norm said, if it's just a stand alone Outlook installation you'll have to manually set something up with rules; or alternatively Google for "free auto-reply for Outlook" and see if you can download a plug-in. marshalla Posted August 11, 2007 Posted August 11, 2007 Out of office messages are great for spammers - they confirm that they have found a live e-mail address...not always a good idea. Quote
Scottish Bloke Posted August 11, 2007 Posted August 11, 2007 Just go to calendar, select the dates you want the OoO on for, show time as, select OoO. Bingo, I think Rich Quote

Yep the car is for sale as I'd like to ultimately move onto single-seaters. But on the other hand if it doesn't sell quickly I'm tempted to put it through another season next year, to be honest I'm in two minds so will have to see what happens with it Watch this space as they say Quote
