oldman Posted June 27, 2007 Posted June 27, 2007 Well kinell!Couldn't justify havin me own toy anymore.Sold the wessie a few months ago due to lack of incomings and the fact that no one but me learning difficulties son wud go in it.Kinell when I told him I'd sold it he said "thank god,it wos cold and scary".Kinell I thought he'd enjoyed it for the past 3 years! So anyway bought a Mazda RX8 so I could get SWMBO & son in it with a bit of luggage etc. It's 18 months old & got it cheap.Kinell it's great.......but.....doesn't come close t'drivin the Wessie with wind in't air. Call me selfish but I'll be back Quote

MAT1800 Posted June 27, 2007 Posted June 27, 2007 They'd be rite if they made sure the doors opened the right way... Still not going to compare to the westi tho' Quote
Asterix Posted June 27, 2007 Posted June 27, 2007 excellent car, only let down by it's thirst, lack of torque and the inbuilt w**kel frailties. Personally, i also disliked the view through the odd shaped mirrors and i never got comfortable in the seats (found myself fiddling with the electric adjustment frequently). Excellent sound system, smooth delivery of power, brilliant door design, relatively cheap purchase, good residuals. Still a good choice. Quote
stu999 Posted June 27, 2007 Posted June 27, 2007 excellent car, only let down by it's thirst, lack of torque and the inbuilt w**kel frailties. Dont let Bill Shurvington read that... Have you still got the Lada convertible then? Quote
