Stress..............it's nearly sent me into the local nut house. :angry:

Never ( at the moment anyway ) do i want to go through the process again. :bangshead:  :bangshead:

The last month or has nearly tipped me over the edge with countless ups and downs and the final nail in the coffin is that the house i wanted to buy has had the papers pulled by the builder. If i explained situation I'd be here all night.

Have lost in the region of £2000 when added up and a fair chunk of my sanity.

So much for HELP for first time buyers.
