Young Malc's (the C + G AO) email to local members at the start of the year said this but I have heard nothing since.  Sure he will clarify when he can:

Saturday 7th & Sunday 8th - Meet the Neighbours BBQ & Driving Tour.

Our chance to entertain the local areas at our area meet venue the Highwayman Inn.

A chance for the local areas to convene & share/discuss/enjoy all things Westfield.  Meet around 10am for a 70-mile Cotswolds road tour (tulip maps provided - cost £2). Pub will be open from 10am serving coffee & snacks. Clear out your garage and bring along any bits you want to sell/swap/give away? The BBQ starts at 5pm (£8 per head on the day) but you can arrive in the afternoon, pitch your tent and sit back with a beer. Camping is free on the field adjacent to the pub (technically making us residents!). This year we have toilets!!! The pub will be open until very late! New for this year we will have a band/bands for evening entertainment. Sound testing & vehicle dynamic checks available. A large car park (locked overnight). Full breakfast available in the pub on Sunday morning. This should be a great night and a chance to relax with like-minded car nuts in a Le Mans type atmosphere! (Being close to the noise from the A417!)

Not heard it is on from Chris Bradley who usually gives us the details when they are ready, hope it is as it is a good run/day

No sign of Malc today, but Tony (former AO) was there and seems keen to make sure this goes ahead as planned this year (although I'm sure Malc has it all in hand).
