One for your Diary next year !

The Shuttleworth Collection Summer Flying Day and British Sports Car Day - Old Warden, Beds.

Very good turn out of Cars and Spectators, (although only 3 Westfields). Everything from Jowetts, Jags, Jensens, Astons, TRs, Scimitars, Tigers (Sunbeam and Kit Westfield-a-like), to Tatra's, MGs, Gordon Keble, Lotus and so on. Probably 300 ro more.

Most were part of owners clubs organised areas.

And then the Museum and Flying, Battle of Britain flight, plus 2 further spitfires and a hurricane, aerobatcics, WW1 and WW2 planes.

And its a bl**** nice place.

All in all a good day out, there was lots on interest in the Westies, people trying them for size etc.

I can thoroughly recommend this day out.

Chris - But was it dry? ???

The last time I accepted your kind invitation. I met this old guy, building a boat and looking for 2 specimens of every animal in the world   :)

Glad you had a great day out.

Miffed! That I wimped out and watched the GP.

I must learn to trust your weather forecasting "seaweed". :D
