Race seats fitted

Bought from Saddleworth - promised I'd post when fitted, so here we are :-)

They fit a treat and look smashing with the yellow harnesses.  Just need to tidy up the holes in the base where the crutch straps go, other than that the're in great condition and you've helped me save many ££££ notes!  Runners (drivers seat only) work perfectly and managed to get the base of the seat to still touch the floor - result!

Are those the westfield padded race seats? I've notice recently my standard westfield seat seem a bit narrow round the back / rib cage area (it starts to dig in when out for lengthy blat).

I'd wondered if the padded race ones were a bit more comfy / wider??

They are indeed, I always found mine a bit tight around the shoulders and I am only a wee fella

Soz for the thread hijack but............

Have got crutch straps for my harnessess but never got round to fitting them, could never decide where to put the holes in the base of the seats.

So is there a right place to have the crutch strap, suppose you have to consider certain damageables in the area

Personally I found the padded race seats narrower around the backside. I was thinking of changing my standard seats to them but I can't sit in them. My   gets wedged in between the sides and I don't quite manage to reach the bottom of the seat.

After much research and trying out different seats I've decided to go for the MK shell seats. I hope that doesn't get me drummed out of the club. Still at least they aren't from C******m.

Still think the Westfield seats look great. Its just a shame I can't have them.

Seem fine for me and I'm 16st and 6ft.  However, If I was 16 1/2st then they might be getting a bit "snug"   .  Wife says the're great but then again she's only 9st!  

Just as well I'm on the right side of my healthy eating plan atm
