McSpreader
Help. After fixing a rear handbrake problem in which the rear calliper came off, and then bleeding the rear calliper (plus all other callipers), I have now created a brake balance problem... Previously I always would get front lock under braking - and only ever got rear lock when on a reasonable down slope under braking. I.e. no problem. However, while out for a quick blat this evening I was getting rear wheel lockup (both) under heavy braking. I dont much like this I can not understand why this may have developed. Is it possible or reasonable that brake bias is altered due to bleeding (or not bleeding well, i.e. some ar in the system). Brake pedal feel is maybe slightly softer than before, but not so bad. Any clues? Planning just to bleed the fronts again to ensure that there is no trapped air. Thanks Simon
