I'm great on the spanners. Excellent on the impact wrench and you should hear my rifs on the airline.

Seriously though, I've been around musicians since school days and as much as I try I cannot play a note. I'm tone deaf and cannot even sing!

Lynne bought me a Bodrahn as a bithday present. Also a video on how to play it. I have a friend who was All Ireland Bodrahn Champion 3 years running and he gave up on teaching me.

Never mind I do have other talents. If only I could find them.  :D

I have played 6 string guitar since I was 22.

And was lead singer/rhythm player for a band called "Flick the Switch" we came second in the "Battle of the Bands" for the south Staffordshire area years ago.

Everything from "The Beatles, Hollies, type stuff, thru to

Genesis, Police, Van Hallen" etc.

When I was younger I looked a bit like "Sting" :p

as I got older I looked like "Phil Collins" :0

Now I'm Much older, I look like "Reg Holdsworth" from the corner shop in Coronation street! :(  :(  :(

Geeeetarrr...

A proper one though with 6 strings, non of the bass malarky! :)

Have played since I was about 15 I think, don't get round to it so much these days, will have to dig it out soon!

Got a Gibson SG and a Fender Jag Stang, the Gibson is almost perfect in everyway, the Jag Stang is flawed genious, sounds great plays like crap!

I was reared in a music shop and have tried  just about every musical instrument you can think of .

I got to play a lot of things with varying levels of succes

I once sang in a church quire , they spent a  fortune getting the organ tuned , untill they realised the organ was fine . it was my singing that was at fault  :p

20 odd years a drummer. Played to audiences as large as ~2000 in sports halls as well as just the barman in some pubs. :)

I still have my drums, nicely stacked under the stairs where they've waited patiently for me to get off my A*** and find another band to play with.

Sang backing in my last band, with a headset mic.
