greeny Posted February 24, 2007 Share Posted February 24, 2007 Mines almost done now, just waiting on a few bits being powder coated at Triple S (Cat Msport) and a couple of bling bits from Fluke. Took it out for a quick test blat today. Chuffin 'eck, didn't realise what a difference a decent gearbox with the right ratios could make.... the sound of straight cut gears is That and a few other bits, I can't stop grinning now! skids Posted February 27, 2007 Share Posted February 27, 2007 Brand new engine got the rocker cover on and the dry sump fitted so its ready to be fitted in the car now ,hopefully it will be re wired from Saturday and take about a week there and completed in the engine bay about a week later.Electric waterpump,steering wheel dash and a data logger. Then its off for testing and suspension tune up followed by a new set of tyres. Oh and a Mikemade Tilton rack was fitted tonight Couple of carbon Mikemade parts to complete the spend up. Ooops forgot to take it to the rolling road in the middle of this lot as well.
