nlash Posted February 11, 2007 Posted February 11, 2007 I'd have been a bit pi**ed off if I'd tickets for that show tho... Something tells me that they would have filmed the lead in and lead out for this weeks TG at 'last weeks' filming. I mean, even the BBC wouldn't have gone to the expense of bringing a whole OB unit to the studio just to film 3 mins at the beginning and 3 mins at the end for this weeks episode. Quote

James Posted February 12, 2007 Posted February 12, 2007 sorry for the winge not normally like me but I do get the impression they are filling time with this series so far. agreed about the cow on the roof that was class bet it was even funnier watching them get it on there in the first place Sorry but I disagree IMO that was the best episode of TG ever, I didnt stop laghing infact I dont think Ive ever laughed so much in an hour before, top quailty, top programe all hail TG The Only thing I would say is doesnt New Orleans show the stark reality of the USA and not the paper thin veniere that they would all have us belive in, in many ways they are no better than a third world country The U.K wouldent be in that state after the same period of time. jeff oakley Posted February 12, 2007 Posted February 12, 2007 A very amusing episode IMO and ClArkson showed his softer side when he was talking about being in the deep south with his mates, the sun going down etc etc A quality episode if not very car orientated Yes I agree, Clarkson was really quite genuine at that moment in time. They all showed genuine concern at the plight of New Orleans. It makes you think, they spend all that money in Iraq re building the infra structure yet on their own soil it was much much worse. Where were all the world wide appeals for them? The sumami was terrible, but that looked just so bad. Yep the good ole USA is certainly a country which the gap between the haves and have nots is huge. the show ranks up there with the winter olympics special as top class entertainment and yes three guys cocking about.
