Nick Algar - Competition Secretary Posted February 11, 2007 Posted February 11, 2007 Think the producers we trying to get them killed, nearly suceeded still couldn't stop laughing, as SHMBO said just 3 kids that never grew up just like the rest of us Quote
evo-mark Posted February 11, 2007 Posted February 11, 2007 at the start thought this is going to be sh*t but laugh all the way through still the BEST show on TV by a mile Quote
tankerman24 Posted February 11, 2007 Posted February 11, 2007 I was a bit worried because I thought the first two shows were a bit weak but I have to say that tonights episode was one of the best Top Gears of all time, Quote
BadgerBill Posted February 11, 2007 Posted February 11, 2007 Once you get over the fact that it isn't a car show, it is great! Bur, isn't there room on the BBC for a decent old school motoring show? BB Quote
Gromit Posted February 11, 2007 Posted February 11, 2007 I missed it with working late. Whens it repeated? Quote
coyote Posted February 11, 2007 Posted February 11, 2007 I missed it with working late. Whens it repeated? Normally wednesday at 7pm. Laughed the whole show Quote
pistonbroke2 Posted February 11, 2007 Posted February 11, 2007 Must agree the 3 Stooges put on a great show. Very entertaining although I thought poor old New Orleans was a bit sad. But thats America ! Quote
Hammy Posted February 11, 2007 Posted February 11, 2007 I thought it was very funny - I'd have been a bit pi**ed off if I'd tickets for that show tho... Quote
Barry Ashcroft Posted February 11, 2007 Posted February 11, 2007 I was thinking that myself I bet filming took about 20mins Quote
slippy Posted February 11, 2007 Posted February 11, 2007 A very amusing episode IMO and ClArkson showed his softer side when he was talking about being in the deep south with his mates, the sun going down etc etc A quality episode if not very car orientated Quote
CedricTheBrave Posted February 11, 2007 Posted February 11, 2007 I was pi**ed off that my license fee paid for it wasted an hour of my life watching that After 3 of the series so far they have tested how many cars? 1 I think a jag that most of us can't afford anyway. oh and a Buggati that all of us can't afford rant over Quote

Good, to be honest in depth testing of hum drum tin tops will have me reaching for the remote... Most people who are interested in cars can make they're own mind up about that kind of purchase... The rest who aren't interested probably don't care anyway... Just a difference in opinon I guess, but I prefer the a**ing around, it's good to see tv that doesn't take it's self seriously... Quote
Barry Ashcroft Posted February 11, 2007 Posted February 11, 2007 I so wish we could have more reviews of Vectra diesels, the latest from Nissan, what's the best super mini to by the misses, NOT Can all the whingers go post on Pistonheads there is a thread just for you. If you don't like it don't watch it simple really Quote
Gromit Posted February 11, 2007 Posted February 11, 2007 As Captain Slow once said, "We`re at the leading edge of cocking about" May it stay that way. Quote
