Every morning i would see Chris Eubank, who would always say "hello mate" and wave for some reason. When i took my mate and his kid to watch the Tour De France he run by and said alright "mate howz it goin". My mates kid stood dumb stuck for about 5 minutes. DJ'd (warm up sets)with EZ, Judge Jules, Dream Team, Slipmat, Brandon Block and Alex P, Boy George to name a few. For those in the know. Have fitted alarm etc for a well known Chef and a few others i can't mention. Bluerallye Posted February 5, 2007 Posted February 5, 2007 Did a short-notice hot refuel (engines running) on a Lynx a few years back. Co-pilot was signing for the fuel and asked me to pass on the ration packs from the Officers mess to the Captain. Shouted him 3 times but he was busy doing fuel mass calcs so i ******* him over the head with the limp ham sandwiches in order to get his attention...........HRH Duke of York Quote
ljsanders Posted February 5, 2007 Posted February 5, 2007 Quite a few years ago, I was at one of those snooker evenings at a club where Jimmy White and John Virgo showed up to give an evening of snooker to an audience. Straight afterwards Jimmy White instead of hanging around to mingle with the punters, he pulled one of the girlies and took her off to a local hotel for a bit of nookie and I saw the pair getting off with each other. Would have made a great tabloid story if anyone bothered to get pictures of it. Quote
Boomy Posted February 5, 2007 Posted February 5, 2007 Oh!! i forgot my most famous tale of all! Quick version.. Went away with mate from Hatings. On way down to him all i see are posters of Jethro the comic. On the way down to Devon we are still seing posters of him and it has now become a running joke...you know..if anyone walked out of a shop..."is that him?!" etc etc. Was like that for hours (what fun!) Got to a hotel, booked in, mate went to the bog, i stood at the bar, bloke talked to me, i asked if he was on holiday etc and he said " no, i work with Jethro on tour". Mate walks out of toilet and says "F### ME...GUESS WHO IS IN THE BOG?"..i assume he's on a wind up and has told the bloke i am talking to that they should wind me up proper...but no..Jethro appears and stands at the bar with us for a bit. Quite spooky tbh seeing as i didn't even know who he was until that day on the trip down. Quote
Norman Verona Posted February 5, 2007 Posted February 5, 2007 Went to school and, at the time, was best mates with Alan Sugar. Also went to school and was best mates with Ray Cooper. So at least 2 out 3 doing well ain't bad. If you don't know who Ray Cooper is ask ChrisF, he might. Quote
