davet Posted January 27, 2007 Posted January 27, 2007 i have intatrim odysey seats fitted in my wide bodied car and they are only 13.5 " at the base Quote
Bean Posted January 27, 2007 Posted January 27, 2007 Westfield narrow race seats, not cheap but well worth the money. Quote
chazpowerslide Posted January 27, 2007 Posted January 27, 2007 I got the Westy padded race seats in my narrow SE. I'm using the Westy non adjustable seat brackets, I welded the M6 nuts to the brackets to mount the seats and M8 nuts on the floor mount. This saves a huge ammount of time and hassle farting around trying to get a spanner on the nuts that are nigh on impossible to reach. I can get the seats out of mine in about 5 minutes. Chaz. Quote
Liam Posted January 27, 2007 Posted January 27, 2007 farting around I say. Is this allowed. Well I never Quote
slippy Posted January 28, 2007 Posted January 28, 2007 Westfield narrow race seats, not cheap but well worth the money. Howdy Bean I can vouch for that they look and feel the business, I mangaed to get some nearly new second hand but they are like rocking horse at the best of times never mind the narrow versions Quote
rob iles Posted January 28, 2007 Posted January 28, 2007 Bundle bates These are on Ebay at the mo 200072215515 nothing to do with me just enlightening Quote
slippy Posted January 28, 2007 Posted January 28, 2007 Piece of p*ss to fit as well the A*** padding lifts up leaving the base of the seat showing so you can simply drill and bolt through Quote
Hammy Posted January 29, 2007 Posted January 29, 2007 Got Caterham seats in mine -I expect theri is a good range for these cars that would fit a narrow car. Quote
Tomcat Posted January 29, 2007 Posted January 29, 2007 Playskool do narrow ones too - I have them in mine and from memory they were the one of the economically more viable (cheaper) options around at the time, which was a couple of years ago, they were under £100. They are fibreglass shell seats, you can buy them with padding in a range of colours if memory serves, pretty decent quality too! HTH Jan Quote
