Buzz Billsberry Posted January 26, 2007 Posted January 26, 2007 Need to change a bitmap picky to a jpeg can anyone help? Buzz Quote
MVS Posted January 26, 2007 Posted January 26, 2007 Do you have Office pictue manager- that will export in either, or photo shop both will do it. If not you could e-mail it to me, I'll convert and send back if you want if it isn't a huge file? Quote
zoso Posted January 26, 2007 Posted January 26, 2007 Use paint! - Best microsoft product ever! Or office picture manager. Quote
Asterix Posted January 26, 2007 Posted January 26, 2007 MSVisio would do the same. If not that, then find some shareware or "free to try" software on www.download.com. Quote

Right click on the picture, go open with. It should be on the list if you have it. Quote
DerekJ Posted January 26, 2007 Posted January 26, 2007 Open the picture in paint. Every version of windows has it!. Then click File/Save as. Select the file type as jpg and you are done. Quote
stu999 Posted January 26, 2007 Posted January 26, 2007 Buzz, right click on the icon on whereever it is stored on your computer. You should be given a number of choices including 'Open With'. Check and see if any of the above choices are in the options given. Once opened in, lets say 'Paint' for example, go to 'File'> Save As> not forgetting to alter the saving format to Jpeg Hey presto - job done. In theory... Quote
