tyetune Posted January 10, 2007 Posted January 10, 2007 Trying to work out my calendar of events to do this year, haven't been to Pembrey, is it a good event, fast or twisty etc. Cheers, Nigel Tye. Quote
Mark Stanton Posted January 10, 2007 Posted January 10, 2007 Fast flattish circuit needs plenty of BHP few tricky technical bends. A good number of folks last year seemed to like it. Reasonable turn-out except for Class A SS drivers, only me and Mark L Personally I won't be going there again, no hills Quote
tyetune Posted January 10, 2007 Author Posted January 10, 2007 Cheers Mark, I prefer the hills too! Quote
davidgh Posted January 10, 2007 Posted January 10, 2007 Nigel Goodwood (almost) with Welsh weather. Only one/two second-gear corners (most of our time spent at 70-120 mph), difficult sight-lines into one or two key corners, some interesting decisions about compromising one corner to (try to) get optimum line in the next. If you like Croft, Hethel, Aintree, you'll love it. If you are a fan of Llys y Fran, you might think again. We love it. HTH Quote
