Karting in Warrington with Wirral and North Wales

Speedkarting Warrington is the venue for our first karting evening. The competition will be a grand prix, using the 1500m track (lap time 1.07) so you will get 4/5 sessions, the top drivers go forward to semi finals and then a final.

We have a provisional booking on the track and this must be confirmed by 9th January latest and in order to do this we must have enough entries to cover the cost by that date. So if you are interested please send a cheque for £45, payable to Mike Curtis, to:-

Sorry folks, I've had to cancel the karting event as we only had 14 takers and we needed a minimum of 20 for the booking. I will try to organise another event in a few months time when hopefully finances are easier for everyone. Bad time of year with Christmas credit card bills, upgradeitus bills etc.

A shame its not going ahead.  

From looking at the thread it gave the impression that only a couple of people had shown an interest.

Maybe if all the 15 names who had been interested had been listed  the number may well have snowballed to the 20 needed.
