I got one for Xmas, decided on the one I wanted then asked Santa  :xmas:

Dabs 19"

Excellent quality screen, 19" with DVI, 8ms response time and 1280x1024 resolution

You can't do better IMO for less than £150.

Dual screens, yes as long as your graphics card supports it. :)

You can use 2 pc's on any monitor with any card if you don't mind switching from one display to the other.

If your monitor doesn't have dual inputs (on mine for example i have the Xbox 360 plugged into it and the PC) you can just buy a VGA switch box.

You then press a button and flick from one to the other.

You can also buy a more advanced box that will allow 2 pc's to use the same monitor but it will also use just one keyboard and one mouse for both pc's.

Is that the sort of thing you mean?

You can still use a simple box to switch then.

Or like i say, if you get a monitor with twin inputs, you just plug both pc's into it. That will allow you to use both at the same time if you ever wanted to by just pressing a button on the monitor to switch its inputs.

Or, you just boot up with either pc and the monitor will detect it and turn on as normal.

19" monitor should have 1280x1024 native resolution anyway.

Your profile is not that helpful on location, but Microbytes in Lichfield sold me one at around £170  --  which I thought was pretty ok value.

HTH

Edited to say: having seen the price on Amazon, I think Microbytes might well have got it wrong   :xmas:
