Westfield/Ford clutch cable

Anyone got a westfield/ford clutch cable kicking around they don't need?

I just need the white stepped plastic piece ( cable guide?)  (the bit that the black rubber bush sits in)

What are you trying to do Scott? There might be an alternative way....

Rubber bush (at bulkhead) has perished and was mushrooming out on pedal pressure (therefore losing some clutch action). I've had a nylon bush made up to replace it.

Clutch cable eye would not pass through white plastic piece ( despite a good bit of heat softening) so I cut it off.

I now need to replace it (and hopefully find a way of getting it to allow cable eye passage) so that clutch cable inner does not wear on it's way through the chassis

Ah ha - so a new cable would not be what you want?

Not for now ta. But it might come to that if I can't get Gromits white placcy piece to go over the cable eye

about £8 from any motor shop.

i got a couple of old ones laying around if you cant get one locally

Yes you can have it, but i`m only good on the swearing/cursing at the moment.
