Can anybody get a good discount @ Demon Tweeks.

Will be buying some gear from there shortly and wondering if anybody can get a discount?

Just ask them for 10% and tell them that you want to be in the Pole Position club. They give you a card for 10% off.

Alernatively, Grand Prix Racewear sell much of the same products and offer a Privilidge Club membership which also gets you 10%. Just ring GPR from their website and ask for a form which they will email you and you can return it by email for a quick turnaround.

I've just done this and within a week bought a new helmet with 10% off as a result.

Only problem is to join the pole position club you need a race licence, something I do not have!

Good idea, but do they only give that discount to items that are on sale at the show?

what are you after? if you will be spending a few hundred they will give you some discount.

We got some at the shop when  we bought our suits etc last year. I bought suit, gloves, socks and balaclava and got more than 10%, can't remember exactly how much.

If you are buying suits and helmets etc it always wise to try it on first IMO

As a4gom says. Also, like insurance etc, they will charge what they can get away with. When I purchase from there, I always do my homework first, to see if/where I can get the products cheaper. When you ring up, tell them you want to buy x,y,z, from there, but not if they cant beat the prices you have found. More often than not, they will if they can And if they can't, you go elsewhere!

Thought I had seen a thread on discount somewhere before,so to all of you who buy from Demon Tweeks speak to  Dave Featherstone on 01978 663042,I placed an order with them yesterday and got roughly 10% off by quoting I was a wscc member and although there is no discount for the club set up he would be happy to look after all club members in the same fashion,if we all quote wscc perhaps we can get something a little more organised set up which will benefit all members
