spence Posted November 29, 2006 Posted November 29, 2006 These are a good option for all those vunerable garages and a B*****D to move if secured well. http://www.saundersonsecurity.co.uk/acatalog/Garage_Defender.html Also a good visual deterent. But make sure you protect the side doors as well. With the camera's probably best to take off stickers. Look around there's not many real ones with them. If it was down to me i'd have machine gun turrets at each corner as well. Quote
spence Posted November 29, 2006 Posted November 29, 2006 If your gonna buy a dummy camera like that one don't make the mistake they have and mount the wired box more inboard of the wall, its obvious the wires can't be routed into the ajoining wall. Yeah.....needs to go higher as cables would be run through the loft. Good spot that Quote
Al Yupright Posted November 29, 2006 Posted November 29, 2006 I have one of these: Panasonic BLC-30 It is an indoor camera so is not waterproof but is happy to sit on a window-sill pointing outside. £150+VAT Has motion detection, can e-mail or FTP upon triggering but requires a bit of geekiness to get these features setup.
