steve_m Posted November 16, 2006 Posted November 16, 2006 Anybody entered for this last year or next ? Classes 4 and 5 specifically include 7 style cars upto and over 1700cc. All the rounds are in the SE. http://www.barc.net/competi....eed.php Quote
adhawkins Posted November 16, 2006 Posted November 16, 2006 Not sure it'd suit the people in our 'roadgoing classes (except Ash Mason ). Their 'roadgoing' classes for Kit Cars appear to allow Aeroscreens and 1B tyres. Andy Quote

Andy in what way does your "answer" have any relevancy to the question asked? i bet your teacher used to write RTFQ over your homework. Quote

adhawkins Posted November 16, 2006 Posted November 16, 2006 in what way does your "answer" have any relevancy to the question asked? It wasn't necessarily supposed to be an answer to his question (to be honest I didn't really see a question in it, I took it as more him bringing it to our attention). All I was doing was pointing out something in the regs that people may not have immediately spotted. I apologise if this upset you unnecessarily. Andy Quote
steve_m Posted November 16, 2006 Author Posted November 16, 2006 (to be honest I didn't really see a question in it, I took it as more him bringing it to our attention). Eh ? What's this then ? "Anybody entered for this last year or next ?" Maybe I could have been a bit more specific . . . just looking for comments from people who may have entered and can tell me what it's like. Quote

peterg Posted November 17, 2006 Posted November 17, 2006 All the rounds are in the SE so they've moved Cadwell Park and Loton Park down south have they no use for me anyway, they're single seater class is up to 1400cc rather than the more usual 1100cc Quote
davidgh Posted November 17, 2006 Posted November 17, 2006 Looks fun. Some good circuits. Might very well be up for that next year Quote
GuyH Posted November 17, 2006 Posted November 17, 2006 I agree. This might be what we are after... Quote
John Loudon - Sponsorship Liaison Posted November 17, 2006 Posted November 17, 2006 Yes - it looks good. 7 events within an hour of home. 2 x Curborough 2 x Silverstone 2 x MIRA 1 x Abingdon ...and several rounds overlap with the SS Pembrey Hethel Cadwell Bentwaters ..and get this - list 1B's are allowed but no crossplys (so no ACB10s) for next year which balances things out against 1A tyred cars a little more I might have a dabble myself Quote
