alsgsi Posted November 2, 2006 Posted November 2, 2006 Don`t know too much about the spec apart from 205 block and its 2.1.The rest is pretty obvious.Nice sweet sounding engine. Electronic ignition dissy... erm ...fancy alloy rocker cover.Pretty certain its got a standard cam in there as there is no vernier pulley.Carbs seem to be well set up as the car starts and runs lovely.Ex manifold is westfield S/S jobby. Would £800 ono be asking too much for the full hit? P.s Might split if enogh interest in the right parts Cheers Al
Derby Allen Posted November 2, 2006 Posted November 2, 2006 it's well worth it for all the kit in my opinion, if you broke it down in to parts probably worth a lot more Manifold ? carbs? Exhaust? Engine ? Ancillaries ? May be worth putting on the Locost site as well as the Pinto is still very popular package.
alsgsi Posted November 2, 2006 Author Posted November 2, 2006 Thanks for the advice Only problem i have is time to mess around selling each part. One out and another one in Al
stu999 Posted November 3, 2006 Posted November 3, 2006 There was a chap on here a few days ago with a blown Pinto. In fact, here he is... Might be worth a PM?
