Phil. S Posted October 6, 2006 Posted October 6, 2006 This is a bit of a hike for me but may be worth it if my son could take part. Do you know what the minimum age is? Oh, and can those of us who are a bit heavy have a head start? Thirteen and a half stone is a bit of a handicap in a kart. (That's my excuse anyway.) [Edited to say] Just found the info on the link. It's 16 which is fine. So it's just the weight handicap for the heavy dad question then. Quote
g1bby Posted October 7, 2006 Posted October 7, 2006 go for it phil iam shore you driving skills will make up for the weight issue and it looks like we need a few more people Quote
GaryD Posted October 7, 2006 Posted October 7, 2006 Go on phil I'm doing it and I weigh 15 stone. it's not down to weight it's down to who can get away with specialised racing passing manouvers (or ramming the bloke in front of you out the way) Edited to add... It's amazing how many people say yes until you ask for the money. come on everyone give leon some support on this one. Quote
