Selling the westie and getting something else....don't know what.Just with me,the current wife and car mad mini thrusty,we need an extra seat. Was thinking of about 16k to spend. What do people think.I would like something more practical, like a 911 or an early left hooker M3.Or leave the wife out and a 160 bhp mk2 elise.Any other thoughts........

Well if you'll consider a two seater how about one of these  <!--emo&:blues: But if you want the extra seats a a porker is always a sensible fun car. How about a 912? Not that fast, but beautiful. Or a Lancia Delta Integrale turbo: with that you could keep your "it's bust again".

Here you go. Perfect! Three seats, £15,000 (self build), fast, pretty, and you get to sit in the middle like a proper racing car! Even comes with what looks like a Westfield race seat.

cheers Phil, quite a toy.But still lacking in practicality. In a beer talk with Dern last night,we also thought about Porker 968,not sure about a ricemobile, such as a Skyline.Would prefer a 10 yr old car maybe for cheaper classic insurance,as only drive a company van and family car is in the current wifes name.
