Run in to the Peak District

Well despite the crap weather in Holmfirth & Glossop it turned out fine as the day progressed. Met up with Gary & Sue at the Huntsman and we were joined by Graham Brumfield who was up there doing some shooting.

Meet up with Scooby & Mike Dixon over in Glossop. We were expecting a few more but I'm sure the weather put most people off this morning. Rob Tyas couldn't make it as he was feeding is horse. We ended running out to Buxton

All in all a nice blat once the weather got itself sorted. I’m just glad I got some more running in mileage in on the car

Wow... didn't think you'd bother going considering the weather.    

I was all ready to join you but we had rain and then thunder as the morning drew on which sort of put me off.  

Shame as it did become quite nice here around lunchtime.

Just found this topic. Had a run out myself this afternoon over the Cat & Fiddle, in Buxton then back up through Stockport and Manchester.

Weather was perfect
