Any Eleven owners out there that could give me some advise on my 1982 Eleven

I am keen to find the right spring ratings for road use for 2 passengers ( weight approx 160kg)

Wesrfield say 350lbs front and 200lbs rear but this is close to what i have which is too hard (although the shocks are in poor condition)

I addition does anyone know if their is a Uk owners list for the Eleven?

Hi Chris,

Can't really help with the springs but Mark at the factory is a mine of information and his advice is usually reliable. Could it be that your original springs have deteriorated?

I have no idea if this is useful (it might help you to assess the front v back ratio) but th eresult sof weighing my car at SVA were:

front axle 305Kg

rear axle 295kg

And that was with 3/4 fuel, all fluids and a driver - total weight approx 150Kg (of which about 30Kg was tools in the passenger seat/footwell)

don't know of a UK owners list but here might be a good place to start one.
