The merry men are in trouble it seems

That poor bloke with that LtWt - I really feel sorry for him. The amount of work he put in.....

It seems RH took his lightweight back in exchange for a 2b kit before they went bust (see the last post on this page) so not as bad as it could have been for him.

That was decent gesture. The cynic in me suggests it just might be a matter of removing the evidence, but in any case it is a good result for the owner. :t-up:

Please to hear the chap has a replacement kit. Think if it was me I'd rather have had all my money back and some further compensation for the labour. But I think he's been lucky to get anything at all. I'd put the 2b kit on e-bay :)

Not so lucky for anyone else currently building a lightweight :(

the chap who's car was returned - apparently his car was not upto standard of build which is why it failed sva, he was offered a replacement RH 2B kit as compo and duly took it. there are issues with the lightweight that need sorting out - i think the seatbelt mounting points are one. from what i can gain from the forum is that when he got replacement for the car he was lucky to get anything at all with the company being in receivership right now - seems they are trying to recover things at the RHSC factory but can they get credit now? personally i think as an individual i would of wanted my money back in full... not another kit with the possibility of no support, no spare parts etc.. crazy decision and i feel been ripped off...
