 When you get 11K for the pretty Westie, get yourself a Canon mk11n,  Canon F2.8 70-200, F2.8 300, some accreditaton and I'll see you trackside (you won't regret it).......You might even have a bit of change for some fish 'n' chips!

All the best

Sal :)

Stoneleigh 07 will probably see it up for sale. Got a few bits to do over the winter (v8 bonnet/bigger rad etc...) and it seems a shame not to get some more fun out of the storming engine

I don't think you'll be impressed by the turbo either. It's 200bhp and heavier than an Elise. To give you some comparison, I could keep up with a 270bhp supercharged Honda Elise (with a decent driver) at Brands in my little 170ish bhp Westy. Your Westfield would leave mine way behind, and the VXT even further.

You can up the power reasonably easily on the 220 Turbo to getting on for 300bhp!

Westie is a better track-car no doubt. Also good if you like tinkering.

But the Elise/VX220 is a miles better road car and is better if you wanna drive, pose and sometimes take the wife with you. And have a bigger budget for servicing etc that you'd do yourself with a westie...

Scot keep the Westfield I have driven a VX220T on track and it’s not a patch on even a half way descent Westfield IMO ;)
