The drive up the WIRRAL tonight was very enjoyable, was good to meet other club members and go for a quick spin.

Hope to do it again before winter sets in.

I agree, it was a very pleasant run out.  Glad the rain held off.

If you want another good run you can try the Cheshire/North Staffs meeting at Knutsford on thurs, the forecast is looking promising. The details are in the events.

If the weathers good on sunday there will probably be some gathering starting at the ponderosa.  

I wont be there because I will be blatting around the roads of Memphis Tennessee in the good old US of A. sampling plenty of Bud, Barbecued ribs and listening to lots of good music.

Sunday's forecast is promising so it will be a 9am start from the Tudor Rose. finishing at the Ponderosa about mid day. Give me a ring if you want to rendezvous somewhere.

Looked at the weather forecast for Memphis; Hurricane Wilma is due to hit on Sunday but Frank shouldn't be affected, he'll be stuck in the security queue at the airport. Then there's the baggage handlers' strike.......

Hopefully the weather should still be ok when I get back to manage a couple of runs.
