Hi,

Its that time of the month again where you all get your Westfields out and come along to the Warwickshire Area monthly meeting.

The meeting is open to all members / future members / well wishers / Westfield Drivers and Silver Mondeo Drivers ;-)

We are meeting around 7:30 at the Falcon Inn

Birmingham Road, Hatton, Warwick, Warwickshire. CV35 7HA

As the standard (Quantity and Quality) of food had dropped at last months event I have cancelled the food for this month.

But I did also welcome silver ford mondeo drivers      

Hopefully one day before I die I will get to drive it.

I've got a fantastic suggestion for out next couple of area meetings....

I have a SWMBO pass so WILL be there this month.

My car is all but finished now. Last few jobs:

1. SVA proof (Is there such a thing)

2. Set tracking and camber on front

3. Carbs need balancing.

Can anyone help me with 3 please? Idles OK at around 1000rpm although engine is a little lumpy (does not hunt). When I dip throttle slightly it want to die on me   But is goes like stink   down my extended drive

It might be worth the short trip to Northampton Motorsport to have it adjusted properly before D day?

Thanks, Tried both Northampton and Aldon Auto but prices are a little OTT at the mo. My wallet has had a hammering recently  

I am off to Westfield on the 1st to get carbs set up and will check floats etc before I go.
