John Loudon - Sponsorship Liaison Posted August 10, 2006 Posted August 10, 2006 QUOTE *thwack* Isn't that what Miss Piggy used to do to poor old Kermit? Quote
Mrs Westy Posted August 10, 2006 Posted August 10, 2006 Are you implying that I'm similar to Miss Piggy? Be very, very careful with your answer Quote
Mark Stanton Posted August 10, 2006 Posted August 10, 2006 John .............................. there's that fine line being drawn between bravado and foolhardy *popcorn anyone* Quote
YouMustBeJoking Posted August 10, 2006 Author Posted August 10, 2006 Oops. This started as a minor rant about the Oxford University Graduates employed by the council to administer my local car park and has turned into a full blown domestic, with muppet abuse. Quote
John Loudon - Sponsorship Liaison Posted August 10, 2006 Posted August 10, 2006 It was an observation not a comparison Quote

StuartMackay Posted August 11, 2006 Posted August 11, 2006 Was in Toronto last weekend, got caught in a terrible traffic jam downtown, back teeth floating and no where to go, saw a Starbucks.... parked up (abandoned!!), rushed in and came out able to breathe again, only to find a Harley Davidson riding traffic cop booking me for illegal parking....I had other things on my mind rather than looking for no stopping signs at the time!!! The cop didnt seem very intereted in my plight and gave me a $30 ticket, spookily, it slipped my mind mentioning this when returning the rental car at airport on Wednesday. Does anyone know if the fine will be made via the Car Rental Company for the worlds most expensive pee? Or will I be arrested next time I try and enter Canada? Quote

I suppose that you gave your details when you rented the car. the car rental may pay it and send you a bill for ten times the amount and if that don't work they may black list you from every car rental in the states. Sorry about the doom and gloom, but you now what, you might get away with it Quote
