Cannock Meet - Round 3 - September

Following the success and continued growth in number I have drafted a little longer route for a September run out. I have posted the route map and directions here early for a read. I am conscious that this route is merging into the Shropshire and Mid Wales area. I do not want to upset the crew as I run out with that crew also first Thursday of each month. Perhaps a joint outing?

Any suggestions on a date post away... I will on my hols from Friday for a couple of weeks...

Yes to the route and yes to the date. just hope my tank holds enough fuel hee hee! Thought I'd say it before you did! Gailey Spread Eagle still doesn't look like a bad start point though.

I am sure there will be plenty of petrol stations in sunny Shropshire for you fill up    

I don't think you will forget the fuel problems in a hurry

The mods to my car are finished at the momment due to the money spent but it was worth every penny it flys now

Decided to give Curborough a miss this morning. Its beens dry for an hour or two but still looks like rain.

Lets go for the 10th and the 17th if we can get away with it.

Do you know if the Shropshire lads are heading up to Donnington ? Pew will but not sure when he is back from hols.

Im coming up to 500 miles in the Westy and its running like a dream. They said it shouldnt need running inbut not to track it for the first 500 mile.

Im booked on the course at Curborough on the 5th September. Should be good.
