Help a friend who has a Caterham that is road legal and  he hillclimbs it on slicks is looking for a tyre to use when it is wet and can be used on the road.

He has some 7 by 13 wheels to put them on and is looking at 185 fronts and 205-215 rear, can be list 1A or 1B what do you boys recommend.

Hi Pete,

There is an Avon road legal list 1B tyre that everyone raves about. I think the code is CR28. Have alook at the Avon website fo clarification. They come in 185/60 and 205/60 I believe.
