goofballs Posted August 1, 2006 Share Posted August 1, 2006 I am getting some pagid rs15s for the front and RS14s for the rear on my megablade.....can anyone reccomend some excellent grooved/vented discs to complement them. These pagids generate a lot of heat and cracking discs are a big problem on other cars (I suppose it may not be on a westfield with all that ventilation in the open, and low weight). cheers Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Delboy Posted August 1, 2006 Share Posted August 1, 2006 I used RS15's last year and found them to have as much feeling as wood! don't get me wrong, they would stop but they didn't give any confidence! I've gone back to Mintex 1144 this year and braking is much easier to judge allowing much later braking! and they cost a third of the price! windy Posted August 1, 2006 Share Posted August 1, 2006 Pagids are good. It's just Derek's "light foot" doesn't get on with them. Just get some vented grooved discs from rally design for the front, some AP motor factor solids for the rear. Pagids are very kind to discs so you shouldn't have a problem.
