Zetec Phase 2 motor mounts

Greeting from Kansas.  This is my first post on your forum.  I desperately need some images of a Phase 2 Zetec motor mounted in a Sport 1800.  I have everything to mount a Phase 1 engine but they were not used in the US and not available here.  I would like some close up shots of the motor mounts in particular.  Thanks Harry

Phase 2 is an unfamiliar term to describe a Zetec here in the UK. What year was the engine made? It'll give us a chance to better work out which type of Zetec you are describing.

Thanks Blatman, I have 2 engines one is out of a 2001 Focus and the other a 2000 Escort.  Both are 2.0L I have been told I need a silver top to fit all of the parts I presently have.  We call these engines ZX2 and ZX1.  Would you please explain what the different color tops mean.

I'm not a big Zetec expert, BUT the silver tops are the older type Zeteces, with Black Tops being introduced fairly recently. The vast majority of Zetecs in the UK will be silver tops.

I fitted a 2ltr Focus Black Top Zetec to a new SEIW build recently. check out Module 3 on my build site www.westfieldbuild.net and see if that gives you any info.

I believe the engine mounts are the same as for the earlier Zetec engines but the one near the water pump needs a slight modification to the top left corner.
