Sorry if this has been posted before, I did a search but nothing showed up.

This looks great they are having a car show at the RIAT next weekend. Free entry for those displaying interesting cars. I am also guessing you may be able to skip some of the queues if you are an exhibitor.

Loads of cool planes flying on the day as well so lots to see and do when you get there.

I have mailed the organiser to see if Westfields are interesting enough to get free admission.

Only problem with that is that the local 'Meet the Neighbours' event is on the same day. There'll be lots of Westfields gathering at the Highwayman on the A417 (about 5 miles North of Cirencester) for a run out and then some socialising

I'm going to the Fairford show, but as there are three of us I won't be going in the Westfield.

I'll keep an eye out for the car show though.

Kirk, why not pop in to MTN if you're at the air show on the Saturday? It's only about 10 miles from Fairford.

At the "Classics at the Hall" event last week, I was asked by the organisers if I'd like to display my Westfield at Fairford.  

If you have a Vintage, Classic or Interesting Vehicle .....

Well looks like we are to late to get registered for the event.

Looks like if we go it will be in the Tin Top...

"We would have very much liked a Westerfield in the display but unfortunatley all vehicles had to be registered with us by 20th May 2006.

We are running the vehicle display again next year (14th & 15th July 2007) and already have a waiting list.  If you would like to be added to that list and receive a 2007 registration form please e-mail us back with full name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.

The 2007 registration form is likely to be available to be e-mailed out is shortly before Christmas this year, a prompt return of the registration form by post (we cannot accept forms returned by e-mail) will ensure that you are allocated a place.

We understand that the same "deal" as this year will be offered, which is:

If you display your vehicle for one day you will be issued with a pass which allows the driver free entry to the air tattoo.

If you display your vehicle for both days you get a free pass for the driver and one for a passenger valid for both days.
