Chris Elworthy Posted July 2, 2006 Posted July 2, 2006 The Historic Rally Car Museum in Northamptonshire is open only for private bookings for parties of 20 maximum. We have a private viewing available from 10am to 12noon on Saturday September 16th 2006. This has been open to Northants WSCC members for the last month and is not quite full yet so as promised is being offered to a broader audience. If you like classic rallying from the 70s and 80s this trip is for you. It will commence with a talk and then you are free to browse. All the museum ask is that we strictly limit attendees to 20 (people not number of cars) and also make a minimum donation of £5 per person to their collection which this year is for The Motor Neurone Disease Association. Once we depart the museum some of us will be making our way up to Donington for the Kit & Performance car Show which is less than 1 hour away. Please let me know if you would like to put your name down for this. Please only out your name down if you are a definite as places are limited. Chris Elworthy Quote

John Loudon - Sponsorship Liaison Posted August 22, 2006 Posted August 22, 2006 I would also love to go (as would the wife) but i offer the same excuse as Windy John Quote
Chris Elworthy Posted September 3, 2006 Author Posted September 3, 2006 So far only six confirmed: Me and the lad (who is now 17 - Westy keys are well hidden) DaveM Simon (Caterham) Gavin John If at the end of the club meet this Wednesday (6th Sept) we don't have at least 15 I will be forced to cancel. I genuinely thought a club with 1600 members - all car nuts would easily over-subscribe a max of 20. Come on please don't make me cancel. Chris Quote
